a visit from Kim Donaldson

After my blog about transitioning to pastels, I received a message from world-renowned artist Kim Donaldson. I had admired his art for a long time and so when he offered to come and visit, I was more than pleased. It was great to meet him and along with all his pastels, some paper and board samples, he passed on many valuable tips. I am looking forward to trying out all of these new goods in my upcoming works and really appreciate Kim taking the time to visit and being so generous with his art supplies.
